Established in Osaka in 1977, the company was incorporated as KURA Corporation in 1995. The corporation operates “Muten Kura Sushi,” the largest revolving sushi restaurant chain in Japan with over 350 locations.

Following the concept of “safe, delicious, affordable, and fun,” we pride ourselves to eliminate four major food additives from our products as well as from more than 200 ingredients we use: chemical seasonings, artificial sweeteners, artificial colorings, and artificial preservatives. Not only a variety of sushi, but we also offer various side menu such as ramen, udon, beef bowl, curry, desserts, etc.

We also implement innovative systems such as the game-like activity “Bikkura-Pon!” using empty plates, a sushi cap protection called “Mr. Fresh,” and the time designation reservation system to reserve a seat with a mobile phone.
